Check-in is on the Sunday before the start of the week starting at 2 pm and check-out is on the Friday of the week at 12 pm.
It is a padel training program for amateur players.
15 hours of on-court padel across 5 days (two 90-minute sessions daily), daily PadelFit conditioning, tactical theory and video analysis sessions, lunch at M3 Academy, pressotherapy and physiotherapy, the M3 Player Pro online course, and a Welcome Pack. - Accommodation is optional.
Yes. Private lessons with the M3 coaching team are available. Individual sessions are €85 and sessions for 2-4 players are €115. Must be booked in advance to ensure availability.
Racquet and sports clothing suitable for playing padel.
Lunch at M3 Academy is included in the programme. Breakfast is included with the accommodation package at EXE Getafe.

The programme runs Monday to Friday. Each day starts at 08:30 with arrival at the club, with structured sessions until 16:00. Friday is a shorter day finishing at 13:00 with a farewell lunch.
Maximum 4 players per court. Groups are organised by level so you train with players of similar ability.
Yes, there are locker rooms, but we do not provide towels.
Yes, always respecting their training schedules and their personal space and privacy.
Yes, it is group training using the M3 Methodology.
To know the level of each participant, we ask for a video of about 10 minutes showing them playing points or doing control work in parallel.
